Purchasing Conditions

· Shipping
Shipping is done by EMS (Express Mail Service) and Courier service (FedEx). The shipping charges are calculated on basis of city of delivery, and total weight of the goods.

We shall calculate the exact shipping expense and let you know by email. Our delivery time will be 5 weeks from the date of confirmation.

· Packing
Each product of your order will be packed in individual sealed plastic and will be shipping in a hard paper / plywood box.

· Price
The prices of our items on the web site are FOB Indonesia. All other charges like shipping, insurance, C&F etc. are payable by the customer. We charge you as-per-actual for these expenses.

· Return and Refund Policy
The goods ones sold will not be taken back under any circumstances unless and otherwise the goods sent are the item other than the ordered Item.

Either replacement or a full refund will be given for this mistake. Goods will be replaced or repaired if any manufacturing defects are found.

· Payment
The customer pays, 50% advance as confirmation of the order. After the goods are manufactured and ready for shipment, we shall send you e-mail. The customer should clear the rest 50%. Then, we shall ship the goods on the same day. We only accept payments by T.T. (wire transfer) or transfer for local buyers.
